How to Reset Microsoft Store from Settings
You can access the Microsoft Store app’s advanced options in settings to perform a reset or repair. Follow these steps to reset the app through settings.

- In the left pane, click the apps tongue.
- In the right pane, click Apps and features.
- You can scroll through the list of apps or use the search bar to locate Microsoft Store application.
- Then click on the Three-dot menu next to Microsoft Store and select Advanced options.
- Scroll to Reset section. Here, click repair if you want to repair the app.
- Otherwise, click Reset. Then click Reset again to confirm the action.
How to Clear Windows Store Cache via Command Prompt
If you don’t want to reset the Microsoft Store, you can use the WSReset.exe tool to clear the application cache. This is a built-in command prompt utility that quickly clears cache and launches the Microsoft Store.
